We began by feeding our cows organic, natural feed, free of chemicals.
From their fresh milk, ladies from Rahbe followed recipes handed down by their grandmothers to make yogurt and cheese for our families, neighbors, and loved ones.
Guess what? Everyone who tasted it fell in love with the quality!
The blessing grew…
Our herd expanded, demand for our products increased, and what started as a small batch of homemade labneh and cheese turned into a full range of products:
Shanklish, Areesheh, Ayran, Samneh, and more, all authentic, fresh, and pure.
Just milk and a pinch of salt… aal Barakeh! (Which means with God’s blessing).
If you do not understand the ingredient, we do not use it!
From a Kitchen to a Full-Fledged Dairy House.
Our dream grew too big for the church kitchen.
Today, we have a fully equipped dairy facility, built with the best machinery and highest quality standards.
And even more special, this factory became a source of employment for many people in our village!
