Back in 2019, when the price of milk became too much for families to afford, and many products in the market raised concerns about quality and authenticity, we had a crazy idea:
What if we produced our own milk, yogurt, and cheese?
We decided to go back to our roots, to our land and our labor.
From the church kitchen, our adventure began!
